Response to Brief
We have been given the task of creating the first two minutes of a film, and given creative freedom to choose the genre ourselves. We chose to create a mystery/crime hybrid film, as we thought it was a genre which had easily recognisable conventions, and by doing a hybrid genre we can appeal to a wider target audience.
